Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit současný stav postavení občanů se zdravotním postižením (dále jen OZP) ve společnosti, jejich sociální situaci, možnosti společenského a zejména pracovního uplatnění. Základními kritérii budou kvalita života se zaměřením na možnost společenského a pracovního uplatnění. Součástí této práce bude analýza současného stavu legislativní úpravy sociální podpory OZP se zaměřením na jejich uplatnění na trhu. Teoretická část bude věnována institucionálnímu a právnímu rámci zaměstnávání OZP, aplikovaným zejména na OZP se zvláštním zaměřením na vysokoškolsky vzdělané OZP, jejichž zdravotní způsobilost-duševní práce nemusí být vůbec omezena tělesným postižením. Analytická část práce bude zaměřena na postavení OZP občanů, názory samotných OZP občanů v různých kategoriích postižení a zhodnocení politiky EU v sociální oblasti a její vliv na legislativu ČR. The main goal of this thesis is to uncover the social standing of citizens with disabilities in the society, the status of their social lives, and especially their working possibilities; the primary criterion will be the quality of life with special focus on social and working assertion. An analysis of contemporary legislative rules of social support for people with disabilities with a focus on their integration into the labour market will be a component of this thesis as well. The theoretical part will focus on the institutional and legislative framework for employment of people with disabilities, applied specifically to people with an university education whose intellectual work is not necessarily limited by their physical disability. On the other hand, the analytical part seeks to illuminate the status of people with disabilities in the Czech Republic, the opinions of people with disabilities in different categories of disability, and evaluates the EU social politics and its influence on the Czech legislature.
