Diplomová práce se zabývá likvidací právnické osoby. Věnuje se požadavkům kladeným na likvidátora při vstupu do likvidace. Popisuje registrační povinnosti, účetní a daňové povinnosti. Výstupem je zpracování příkladu na vyplnění daňového přiznání. This thesis deals with the liquidation of legal persons. It deals with the demands of the liquidator to enter into liquidation. It describes the registration requirements, accounting and tax obligations. The output is an example of completing the processing of tax return.
