Cílem této bakalářské práce je pojednat o strategickém a finančním oceňování ryze internetových společnostech (tkz. webové společností). V první kapitole teoretické části jsem se zaměřil na vysvětlení co je to internet, jeho typy internetových společnost, jak bychom měli je rozpoznávat a jejích životní fáze. Ve druhé kapitole jsem se zaměřil na aplikaci Porterové metody na internetové společnosti a vysvětlení jejích kladu a záporu. Zároveň byli vysvětlený základní faktory, kteří mají silný vliv na ryze internetové společností. Ve třetí kapitole vysvětlují se základní finanční ukazatelé internetových společností a klady a zápory při použití tradičních finančních metod oceňování. V praktické části jsem sestavil návod, který by měl představovat odrazový můstek pro provedení strategické a finanční analýzy internetových společností. The main goal of this thesis is to discuss the strategic and financial valuation of pure Internet companies (web companies). In chapter one, I focused on explaining what is the Internet, types of internet company, how should we recognize it and its lifecycle. In the second chapter, I focused on the application of Porter's method for an internet company and explain the pros and cons. There were also explained the fundamental factors that have a strong influence on the pure Internet companies. The third chapter explains the basic financial indicators of Internet companies and the pros and cons of using traditional financial valuation methods. In the practical part I have compiled a guide that would be a main point for the implementation of strategic and financial analysis of Internet companies.
