Tato práce pojednává o vyhodnocení investičního záměru, který ovlivňují legislativními opatření zavedené vládou. Se zavedenými opatřeními nemohl investor na začátku investice počítat a proto v této práci porovnávám ekonomické výsledky společnosti před a po aplikaci legislativních změn. This work treats of the evaluation of investment project which is affected by legislative measures introduced by government. Since the investor can not count the measures before the investment therefore this work compares economic results before and after application of legislative changes.
