Tato práce se zabývá využíváním moderních komunikačních a sociálních sítí u českých firem, posouzením vlivu moderních sítí na zvýšení efektivnosti práce zaměstnanců a srovnáním českých podniků se zahraničními firmami v oblasti vyžití sítí pro pracovní a marketingové účely. Za tímto účelem jsem stanovila dvě hypotézy: hypotéza č.1: Efektivnost práce zaměstnanců se zvyšuje s využíváním komunikačních a sociálních sítí v pracovní době a hypotéza č.2: Na rozdíl od zahraničí firmy v České republice nepodporují používání komunikačních a sociálních sítí pro marketingové a jiné pracovní účely. Pro zjištění situace na českém trhu jsem použila metodu dotazníkového šetření, jehož výstupy jsou nejprve analyzovány a poté srovnány s výzkumy na podobná či stejná témata. Výsledkem práce je zjištění, že české firmy využívají moderní komunikační a sociální sítě nedostatečně a ve srovnání se zahraničními firmami v menším procentuálním zastoupení. This work deals with the use of modern communication and social networks in Czech companies - wheather the modern networks improve the efficiency of workers. And than there is a comparison of Czech companies with foreign companies in the networking opportunities for business and marketing purposes. I set out two hypotheses: hypothesis 1: The effectiveness of employee labor increases with the use of communication and social networks during working hours and hypothesis 2: In contrast to foreign companies in the Czech Republic do not support the use of communication and social networks for marketing and other business purposes. To determine the situation on the Czech market, I have used the questionnaire, whose outputs are first analyzed and then compared with researches on similar or identical topics. The conclusion is that the usage of modern communication and social networks in Czech companies is underused and poor in contrast with foreign firms.
