Cílem této bakalářské práce je vymezení základních pojmů z teorie oceňování nemovitostí a následné ocenění vybrané nemovitosti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce začíná popisem základních pojmů z oblasti oceňování nemovitostí. Dále jsou zde uvedeny oceňovací metody, které se pro oceňování nemovitostí používají. V závěru této části je následně popsána odborná činnost znalců a odhadců majetku. Praktická část práce je založena na ocenění konkrétního souboru staveb s pozemkem pomocí administrativní metody nákladové. V samotném závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky ze znaleckého posudku a přínosy z vypracované práce. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to define the basic concepts of the real estate appraisal and subsequent appraisal of the chosen real estate. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part commences with a description of fundamental concepts of real estate appraisal. Then, valuation methods are presented which are used for real estate appraisal. Specialist activity of experts and surveyors is described at the end of this section. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is based on appraisal of a particular set of buildings with a lot by force of administrative cost method. In conclusion, results of the expert opinion and benefits from the development of the thesis are summarized.
