Cílem diplomové práce je stanovení tržní hodnoty vlastního kapitálu společnosti Rodinný pivovar Bernard a.s k 31.12.2010. Ocenění je provedeno metodou DCF ve variantě FCFF. Samotnému ocenění předchází teoretická část, strategická a finanční analýza a vypracování finančního plánu. The goal of the master thesis is a valuation of Rodinny pivovar BERNARD a.s. company as of December 31, 2010. The valuation is done through DCF FCFF model. A theorethical part, strategic and financial analysis and a development of the financial plan precede the valuation itself.
