[cze][eng] Cílem práce je ověřit, zda organizace Junák -- svaz skautů a skautek potřebuje zavedení specializovaného webového portálu pro podporu práce skautských vůdců a pokud ano, pak jaké funkce by měl mít a jaké problémy vyřeší. Za pomoci Checklandovy metodologie měkkých systémů analyzuje nejprve účel jednotlivých částí systému. Následně definuje veškeré aktivity, které vedou ke splnění smyslu všech subsystémů a zároveň by mohly mít dopad na nový informační kanál a jejichž úpravou je možné napomoci vyřešení některých identifikovaných problémů.The goal of my paper is to answer the question, if Czech scouting organization "Junák -- svaz skautů a skautek" needs to implement specialized web portal to support the work of scout leaders. If desirability of such portal is justified, its functionality and possible contribution to solving known problems is examined and described. In first place, the purpose of individual parts of the organization system is analyzed with help of Checkland's Soft System Methodology. Subsequently, all activities leading towards the fulfillment of individual subsystems' purposes are identified and impact of those activities on the new information channel is defined. As a result of the analysis conducted, suggestions for adjustments and modifications of those activities are made to make them more efficient in solving problems previously identified.
