Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice praní špinavých peněz v pojišťovnictví. Úvod práce je věnován obecné charakteristice a způsobům legalizace výnosů z trestné činnosti. Další části jsou věnovány obecně možnostem praní špinavých peněz v oblasti životního a neživotního pojištění. V textu jsou také uvedeny skutečné příklady metod praní špinavých peněz v pojišťovnictví, jejichž úkolem je reálně přiblížit celou problematiku. Vycházím z jednotlivých indikátorů podezřelých transakcí, dále navazuji na opatření, kterých pojišťovny využívají a v samotném závěru se věnuji regulaci a zákonné podobě v boji proti praní špinavých peněz. Výsledkem práce by mělo být přiblížení problematiky praní špinavých peněz v pojišťovnictví, reálné zobrazení problematiky pomocí uvedených skutečných příkladů a zamyšlení se nad důvody či příčinami zneužití pojistných produktů. The thesis deals with the issue of money laundering in the insurance industry. Introduction is devoted to general characteristics and methods of money laundering. Other parts are generally devoted to money laundering in life and non-life insurance. The text also provided real examples of methods of money laundering in the insurance industry, whose job is to really bring the whole issue. I start from the individual indicators of suspicious transactions, as well as follow up the measures and at the end of work I concern with regulation and legal form in the fight against money laundering. The result of the work should approach the issue of money laundering in the insurance industry and reflect on the reasons or causes of the abuse of insurance products.
