Bakalářská práce hodnotí finanční zdraví společnosti Baťa, a.s. v letech 2005-2009. Teoretická část popisuje použitou metodiku finanční analýzy, seznamuje nás s funkcemi finanční analýzy a s postupem při konstrukci a vyhodnocení jejích jednotlivých nástrojů (analýza absolutních, rozdílových a poměrových ukazatelů, bonitní a bankrotní modely, DuPontova analýza, ekonomická přidaná hodnota). Praktická část je poté věnována aplikaci těchto nástrojů na společnost Baťa, a.s. Bachelor thesis evaluates the financial health of Baťa corporation in the years 2005-2009. The theoretical part describes the methodology of financial analysis, acquaints us with its functions and with procedures for construction and evaluation its particular instruments (Analysis of absolute, differential and relative indicators, value and bankruptcy models, DuPont analysis, economic value added). The practical part is then devoted to applications of these instruments for Baťa corporation.
