Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá již dlouho plánovaným spojením agentur CzechTrade a CzechInvest. Cílem práce je zaujmout jasné stanovisko a zodpovědět klíčovou otázku, zda by měly být tyto instituce (alespoň v současné době) sloučeny.Práce je členěna do pěti kapitol. První dvě popisují jednotlivé agentury, další potom postupně zhodnocují přínosy i problémy případného sloučení jak v minulosti, tak v přítomnosti. Zdroji k této práci byly především osobní konzultace s odborníky z obou agentur, případně z Ministerstve průmyslu a obchodu. This bachelor's thesis concentrates on a long-planned merge of the two Czech agencies - CzechTrade and CzechInvest. The main aim of this work is to take a clear standpoint and answer the key question - should these two entities of the Czech market merge? This thesis is divided into five chapters. First two of them describe the agencies themselves and the other bring all the problems and benefits of the planned merge both in history and at present time. The source to this thesis were mainly the consultations with professionals from both agencies and from the Ministry of industry and trade.
