Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku zprostředkování práce přes agenturu. Zkoumá některé základní principy fungování agentur a téma získávání a výběru pracovníků. V praktické části se zaměřuje především na spolupráci studentů a agentur. Díky dotazníkovému šetření je v práci navrženo řešení ke zlepšení jejich spolupráce, a to prostřednictvím vysoké školy. Došlo by tak k propojení teorie s praxí a ke studentům by se tak dostaly jasné informace přímo od kvalifikovaných odborníků. This thesis is concentrated on problems of mediation of job by agency. It focuses on some basic principles of agency functioning and problems of people recruitment and selection. In practical part thesis is concentrated mainly on cooperation of students and agencies. Solution is proposed thanks to questionnaire and it would tend to better cooperation of students and agencies. Better cooperation is proposed by means of university. It would tend to connection of theory and practical experience and students would receive clear information from qualified specialists.
