[slo][cze][eng] Práca pojednáva o tom, akými spôsobmi sa dá práca v tíme zefektívniť. Cieľom je analyzovať niektoré techniky tímovej práce, ciele, úlohu vedúceho tímu, jeho štýl vedenia či motivovanie a zároveň upozorniť na lepšiu spoluprácu v tíme vychádzajúcu z pochopenia osobnostnej typológie podľa MBTI. Vďaka uvedomeniu si rozdielov medzi osobnostnými typmi tak môže tím využiť silné stránky jednotlivých členov vo svoj prospech. Mnohé teoretické východiská sú ukázané na príklade teambuildingu konkrétneho tímu.Práce pojednává o tom, jakými způsoby se dá práce v týmu zefektivnit. Cílem je analyzovat některé techniky týmové práce, cíle, úlohu vedoucího týmu, jeho styl vedení či motivování a zároveň upozornit na lepší spolupráci v týmu vycházející z pochopení osobnostní typologie podle MBTI. Díky uvědomění si rozdílů mezi osobnostními typy tak může tým využít silné stránky jednotlivých členů ve svůj prospěch. Mnohá teoretická východiska jsou ukázány na příkladě teambuildingu konkrétního týmu.The bachelor thesis is focused to the question how to make the teamwork more effective. The main part of the work analyses principal techniques of teamwork, methods of goals setting and key characteristics of the team-leader role, his management style and motivation. Another important theme examined in the thesis is enhancement of the cooperation in a team by understanding the personality typology called MBTI. Finally, the theoretical teamwork issues are demonstrated on a study of an example of a concrete team's teambuilding.
