Cílem práce je porovnat způsoby pořízení IT infrastruktury středně velké společnosti. Porovnání by mělo ukázat, která z variant je finančně méně náročná a jaké výhody a nevýhody pro podnik mohou přinést dva způsoby pořízení řešení -- nákup a pronájem formou SPLA. Do porovnání bude také zahrnuta hardwarová část infrastruktury IT. Obě varianty budou porovnávány na příkladu společnosti, jejíž softwarová část infrastruktury je realizována produkty firmy Microsoft. Porovnání bude provedeno na základě dat poskytnutých k tomuto účelu IT společnostmi, zabývajícími se outsourcingem a pronájmem licencí a hardwaru. Práce bude rozdělena do několika částí, ve kterých budou definovány pojmy, popsány parametry porovnání, popsány konkrétní porovnávané varianty a porovnání samotné spolu s hodnocením variant. The objective of this thesis is to compare methods of acquisition of IT infrastructure midsize company. The comparison should indicate which variant is less financially demanding and what the advantages and disadvantages for the company can deliver two ways of acquisition the solutions - purchase and lease of the SPLA. The comparison will also include a hardware part of IT infrastructure. Both variants will be compared on the example of a company whose software part of the infrastructure is implemented with Microsoft products. The comparison will be made on the basis of data provided for that purpose by companies engaged in IT outsourcing and rental licenses and hardware. The work will be divided into several parts, in which are defined terms, described the parameters of comparison, described specific variants of comparison and compare themselves with the evaluation of variants.
