Práce je věnována jednomu z největších problémů české ekonomiky - reformě penzijního systému. V její první části je popsán demografický vývoj v nejbližších letech a z něho vyplývající potřeba reformy systému vyplácení důchodů. V další části jsou rozebrány jednotlivé možné varianty provedení této reformy. V hlavní části je dále popsána započatá reforma systému vyplácení penzí a její vliv na trh penzijního připojištění. This paper is about one of the biggest problems of czech economy - about reformation of pension system. In its first part is described the demographic progress in next few years and need of this reformation. In second part is described various variants of this reformation. In main part is described reformation of pension system in Czech republic and its influence to czech market of insurance.
