V první části práce jsou teoreticky vymezeny předpoklady pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu v destinaci. V druhé části jsou podány základní informace o Ekvádoru včetně stručné historie. Další kapitola podrobně analyzuje předpoklady cestovního ruchu v Ekvádoru. Předposlední kapitola se zabývá cestovním ruchem v Ekvádoru a charakterizuje ho. Poslední kapitola uvádí informace o proběhlé anketě o cestovním ruchu a Ekvádoru a obsahuje návrhy individuálních cest do destinace, které byly vytvořeny na základě výsledků ankety. In the first part, the theoretical preconditions for tourism development in a destination are defined. In the second part, general information about Ecuador including brief history is given. The following part analyses in detail the preconditions for tourism development in Ecuador. The last but one chapter focuses on tourism in Ecuador and characterises it. The last part gives the information about the public inquiry about tourism and Ecuador, that has been carried out, and includes the suggestions for individual trips to the destination, that have been put together in terms of the answers of the inquiry.
