Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vymezením euroregionů a je hlavně zaměřena na Euroregion Elbe/ Labe a jeho působení v oblasti přeshraniční spolupráce. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení působení Euroregionu Labe na rozvoj cílového regionu. Prostřednictvím analýzy realizovaných projektů a dopadů těchto projektů na cílový region se budu snažit tento cíl splnit. Bakalářská práce je tvořena Úvodem, třemi kapitolami a Závěrem.První kapitola je zaměřena na přeshraniční spolupráci a euroregiony a jejich historický vývoj. Druhá kapitola se zabývá Euroregionem Elbe/ Labe, jeho vznikem a zapojení do rozvoje zájmového regionu. Nejrozsáhlejší je poslední kapitola, která popisuje působení Euroregionu Elbe/ Labe v oblasti přeshraniční spolupráce. Tato kapitola je zaměřena na analýzu realizovaných projektů na území Euroregionu Labe. This bachelor thesis is concerned with definition of euroregions and is mainly focused on the Euroregion Elbe/ Labe and its effect on cross-border cooperation. Aim of this work is to evaluate the effect of the Euroregion Labe on the development of the target region. Trough analysis of completed projects and the impacts of these projects I will try this aim satisfy. Bachelor thesis consists of introduction, three sections and conclusion.The first chapter is focused on cross-border cooperation and euroregions and their historical development. The second chapter deals with the Euroregion Elbe/ Labe, its origin and involvement in the development of the region of interest. The largest is the last chapter, which describes the action of the Euroregion Elbe/ Labe in cross-border cooperation. This chapter focuses on the analysis of completed projects on the territory of Euroregion Labe.
