Práce se zabývá vývojem dodacích parit v mezinárodním obchodě. Analyzuje souvislost vývoje mezinárodního obchodu a mezinárodně obchodní praxe s jednotlivými dodacími podmínkami. Práce se zabývá vývojem jednotlivých dodacích doložek amerických pravidel RAFTD, okrajově se zmiňuje o Všeobecných dodacích podmínkách RVHP a nejpodrobněji rozpracovává výkladová pravidla Incoterms. The thesis deals with the development of the terms of delivery in international trade. It analyzes relation of the development of international trade and international trade practice to the particular terms of delivery. The thesis deals with the development of the particular terms of delivery of American interpretative rules RAFTD, mentions General terms of delivery MEAC marginally and in the most detail elaborates the interpretative rules Incoterms.
