Cieľom diplomovej práce je preskúmať postavenie Ruska v postsovietskom priestore prostredníctvom analýzy jeho zahraničnej politiky vo vzťahu k tomuto regiónu po roku 2000. Prvá kapitola vymedzuje teoretické a metodologické východiská aplikované v diplomovej práci. Druhá kapitola sa zaoberá formuláciou ruskej zahraničnej politiky po rozpade ZSSR a jej vývojom počas 90-tych rokov. Následne tretia kapitola obsahuje analýzu ruskej zahraničnej politiky v postsovietskom priestore po roku 2000 založenú na štyroch hladinách analýzy -- hladine medzinárodného systému, hladine štátu, hladine domácich vplyvov a hladine jednotlivca. Štvrtá kapitola sa zameriava na analýzu bilaterálnych vzťahov Ruska s postsovietskými republikami. S cieľom poukázať na odlišný prístup ruskej zahraničnej politiky vo vzťahu k rôznym postsovietskym republikám bol zvolený príklad Gruzínska a Arménska. Posledná kapitola menuje rysy ruskej zahraničnej politiky v postsovietskom priestore po roku 2008 vo svetle Koncepcie zahraničnej politiky Ruskej federácie z roku 2008. Cílem diplomové práce je prozkoumat postavení Ruska v postsovětském prostoru prostřednictvím analýzy jeho zahraniční politiky ve vztahu k tomuto regionu po roce 2008. První kapitola vymezuje teoretické a metodologické východiska aplikované v diplomové práci. Druhá kapitola se zabývá formulací ruské zahraniční politiky po rozpadu SSSR a její vývojem počas devadesátých let. Následně třetí kapitola obsahuje analýzu ruské zahraniční politiky v postsovětském prostoru po roce 2000 založenou na čtyřech hladinách analýzy -- hladině mezinárodního systému, hladině státu, hladině vnitrostátních vlivů a hladině jednotlivce. Čtvrtá kapitola se zaměřuje na analýzu bilaterálních vztahů Ruska s postsovětskými republikami. S cílem poukázat na odlišný přístup ruské zahraniční politiky ve vztahu k různým postsovětským republikám byl zvolen příklad Gruzie a Arménie. Poslední kapitola jmenuje rysy ruské zahraniční politiky v postsovětském prostoru po roce 2008 ve světle Koncepce zahraniční politiky Ruské federace z roku 2008. The aim of the diploma thesis is to review the position of the Russian Federation in the post-Soviet area by means of the analysis of the Russian foreign policy in this region after the year 2000. The first chapter identifies the theoretical and methodological basis applied in the diploma thesis. The second chapter deals with the formulation of the Russian foreign policy after the dissolution of the USSR and its development in the 1990s. Subsequently, the third chapter contains the analysis of the Russian foreign policy in the post-Soviet area after the year 2000 based on four levels of analysis -- the international system level, the state level, the domestic influences level and the individual level. The forth chapter focuses on the analysis of the bilateral relations between Russia and post-Soviet republics on the other hand. With the aim to illustrate different approaches used in the Russian foreign policy in relation to various post-Soviet republics, the examples of Georgia and Armenia have been chosen. The last chapter provides the features of the Russian foreign policy in the post-Soviet area after the year 2008 in the light of the Foreign policy concept of the Russian Federation published in 2008.
