Rozoberá vybrané formy marketingovej komunikácie -- direct marketing, osobný predaj a virálny marketing. Tieto nástroje sú analyzované a následne využité k analýze používanej marketingovej komunikácii v spoločnosti. Práca prináša vlastný návrh novej stratégie, a to využitie sily sociálnych médií -- Facebook, YouTube a písanie blogov.Bakalářska práce se zaměřuje na současné trendy řízení osobní komunikace se zákazníky a jejich následnou aplikaci ve společnosti Mary Kay. Rozebírá vybrané formy marketingové komunikace -- direct marketing, osobní prodej a virální marketing. Tyto nástroje jsou analyzovány a následně využity k analýze používané marketingové komunikace ve společnosti. Práce přináší vlastní návrh nové strategie, a to využití síly sociálnách médií -- Facebook, YouTube a psaní blogů.Bachelor thesis focuses on the current trends of managing personal communication with customers and their subsequent application in Mary Kay. Discusses selected forms of marketing communications - direct marketing, personal selling and viral marketing. These tools are analyzed and then used for the analysis used in marketing communications company. The work brings its own proposal for a new strategy, and it is the use of forces the social media - Facebook, YouTube and blogging.
