Výroba elektrické energie z obnovitelných zdrojů je v dnešní době velmi aktuální téma, zejména kvůli problémům s ní souvisejících. Mluvíme o velkém národohospodářském problému, jelikož od začátku zde byly neefektivně nastaveny parametry v oblasti podpory elektrické energie z fotovoltaiky. To činí mimořádnou finanční zátěž do budoucna jak pro daňové poplatníky, tak pro stát. V teoretické části bude řešena obecná charakteristika výroby elektrické energie z obnovitelných zdrojů, právní prostředí pro výrobu energie v ČR, a také význam výroby elektrické energie z obnovitelných zdrojů pro národní hospodářství. V této části budou rovněž řešeny názory odborníků na výrobu elektrické energie z obnovitelných zdrojů. Ve vlastní práci bude analyzován vývoj strategie České republiky při výrobě elektrické energie z obnovitelných zdrojů ve sledovaném období od roku 1992 do současnosti z hlediska zejména legislativně-právního a ekonomického prostředí, kterým tuto oblast stát zásadním způsobem determinuje. Cílem této práce bude analyzovat vývoj strategie státu při výrobě elektrické energie z obnovitelných zdrojů, včetně vyhodnocení důsledků pro národní hospodářství české ekonomiky. The production of energy from renewable energy sources is very actual topic, mainly because of all the problems. It is very big national economic issue, because from the beginning the parameters of solar power support were wrongly set. It will be big financial burden for all the people and the country. In the theoretical part there will be general characteristics the energy production of RES, also the legal environment for energy production and the importance of RES for national economics. In this part it will describe views of the experts about energy production of RES. In analytical part there will be analyzed the strategy of production energy of RES in Czech Republic from 1992 till present, mainly the legal and economical environment, because the state fundamentally determine this sphere. The aim of this work is to analyze the strategy of Czech Republic in production energy of RES, and also asses the consequences for the national economics.
