Cieľom tejto práce je pojednať o IT službách poskytovaných stredným a malým podnikom, ich prínosoch pre klientov zo segmentu SME a v neposlednom rade zhodnotenie prínosov niektorých poskytovateľov, cez analýzu ich služieb a produktov, posudzovaných očami klientov. Táto práca sa snaží zhodnotiť aktuálny stav a vývoj na trhu IT služieb pre segment SME a poskytnúť základný pohľad na niektoré zložky tohto trhu. Cílem tyto práce je pojednat o IT službách poskytovaných středním a malým podnikům, jejich přínosech pro klienty ze segmentu SME a v neposlední řade zhodnocení přínosů některých poskytovatelů, přes analýzu jejich služeb a produktů, posuzovaných očima klientů. Tato práce se snaží zhodnotit aktuální stav a vývoj na trhu IT služeb pro segment SME a poskytnout základný pohled na některé složky tohoto trhu. Main goal of this paper is to deal about IT services supplied for small and midsize enterprises (SME), about their benefits for this segment and at least review the benefits of some providers. For this purpose, there is an analysis of product and services of these providers. In this paper, I am trying to give to the reader basic information, about some parts of market with IT services, dedicated for SME segment and describe them.
