Hlavním záměrem této práce je přiblížit proces sestavování podnikatelského plánu. V teoretické části je na základě znalostí nabytých z odborné literatury sestaven výčet a detailní popis náležitostí, které by v žádném podnikatelském záměru neměli chybět. S využitím této teoretické "příručky" je v praktické části sestaven konkrétní podnikatelský plán zaměřený na rozšíření nabídky již existující poradenské společnosti o služby energetické optimalizace budov. Realizací plánu postupně zjistíme, zda je naše počáteční vidina podnikatelské příležitosti založená na využité mezery v nově se rozvíjejícím trhu opravdu životaschopná nebo zda projekt nemá šanci na přežití. The main aim of the thesis is to give an idea and to explain how can be business plan be assembled. In the theoretical part there are compiled detailed list of items which had been found in the theory and which cannot be missed in the proper business plan. The theoretical part is used to help and define the practical part, which is based on the potential business opportunities of the market niche focused on new portfolio and potential services of the energy efficiency of the buildings for existing company. By implementation and deep development of the business plan, we can critically analyze whether the idea of the new potential business can be implemented and whether the project can be realized.
