Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá podnikatelským záměrem podniku, kterým je rozšíření firmy. Cílem práce je zjistit zda je podnikatelský záměr reálný, pomocí sestavení podnikatelského plánu na období 5 let. V teoretické části se zabývám popsáním sestavení podnikatelského plánu a v praktické části jsou jednotlivé části aplikovány na oční ordinaci. This thesis is concerned with the business idea which is the business expansion. The goal of thesis is to find out if this business idea is makeable using business plan for 5 years. I am describing the compilation of the business idea in the Theoretical part of this work and in the Practical part single parts of the Idea are applied on the Ophthalmological office.
