Práce má za cíl na základě teoretického aparátu projektového managementu zanalyzovat situaci projektového řízení v neziskové organizaci Sdružení turistických a tábornických oddílů. Zkoumány jsou zejména klíčové postupy podávání žádostí o dotace v grantových programech podpory práce s mládeží a faktory úspěšnosti podaných žádostí. The goal of this thesis is to provide project management analysis in the non-profit making organization Sdružení turistických a tábornických oddílů, based on theory of project management. Especially key procedures in submitting of grant applications in area of support for youth work and success factors of these applications are examined.
