Bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením cizinců na českém trhu práce. V teoretické části jsou určeny základní pojmy a legislativní předpisy, jimiž je tato problematika ovlivněna. Jsou rozebrány podmínky pobytu cizinců na našem území a rozlišeny tři hlavní skupiny cizinců, které byly určeny Evropskou unií. A dále jsou zde vytyčeny podmínky zaměstnávání cizinců v České republice se zaměřením na různé skupiny cizinců a výjimky pro ně. V praktické části je pak nejprve zmíněn celkový vývoj migrace cizinců v České republice. V dalších kapitolách jsou analyzovány jednotlivé aspekty postavení cizinců na českém trhu práce, jako počet zaměstnaných cizinců, počet cizinců živnostníků, zaměstnanost cizinců v jednotlivých ekonomických aktivitách a v jednotlivých profesích. Významná část je také věnována analýze projektu zelených karet, a prokazování jeho úspěšnosti respektive neúspěšnosti. Cílem práce je zhodnotit celkovou situaci cizinců v České republice se zaměřením na trh práce, podmínky cizinců na českém trhu práce, v jakých ekonomických oblastech a kvalifikacích je více respektive méně zaměstnaných cizinců. Cílem je na základě výsledků provedených analýz potvrdit nebo vyvrátit stanovené hypotézy a na základě všech poznatků práce sumarizovat výhody a nevýhody cizinců na českém trhu práce. This report analyzes the issue of the situation of foreigners in the Czech labor market. In the theoretical section are described the basic concepts and important legislation related with the issue. There are specialized the conditions of abode and occupying of foreigners in the Czech Republic. And there are distinguished three main groups of foreigners established by European Union that have different conditions for staying here. In the practical part is first mentioned the overall development of migration in the Czech Republic. The next chapters analyze various aspects of the status of foreigners in the Czech labor market. They are the number of employed foreigners, number of self-employed foreigners, employment of foreigners by economic activities, employment of foreigners in the various professions. Significant portion is also devoted to the analysis of the benefits of green cards. This analysis seeks to prove their success or failure. The aim is to assess the overall situation of foreigners in the Czech Republic with a focus on labor market. The goal is based on the results of the analysis to confirm or disprove the hypothesis and findings based on all work to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of foreigners on the Czech market.
