Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu a definování strategie firmy podnikající na gastronomickém trhu, který disponuje mnoha specifiky. První kapitola je věnována základním informacím o analyzované firmě, v jakém oboru podniká, jakou má historii, cíle, atd. Druhá kapitola se zabývá situační analýzou podniku. Tato část je rozdělena na interní a externí analýzu. Výsledky zkoumání jsou prezentovány pomocí SWOT analýzy. Ve třetí kapitole se podíváme jaké existují strategie podniku a jakou strategii dosud uplatňovala firma GAMA Fobos s.r.o. Cílem této části je stanovení budoucí strategie podniku na domácím trhu. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje možnosti vstupu na zahraniční trh a jejím cílem je stanovení strategie firmy na zahraničním trhu. The dissertation is dealing with complex company analysis with the objective to define future company strategy. The thesis is following two basic lines. First one is definition of strategy on domestic market and second one is definition of strategy strategy on foreign market. Both strategies should be applicable and in accordance with company mission.
