Tato práce porovnává podmínky podnikání na českém a slovenském loterijním trhu se zaměřením na trh kursových sázek. Jako konkrétní příklad z praxe je využívána společnost Tipsport a.s., která působí v obou zmiňovaných zemích. Práce se zabývá především odlišnou daňovou legislativou tohoto odvětví a regulací internetového sázení. The paper compares business conditions of czech and slovak lottery markets, especially of sports betting markets. Tipsport company is used as a real example because of its presence in both states. This thesis deals mainly with the different tax legislation and the regulation of online betting.
