Práce se věnuje projektovému managementu a controllingu. Metoda Earned Value Management je zde představena jako nástroj projektového controllingu a její přidaná hodnota je prezentována na modelovém příkladu. The thesis deals with project management and project controlling. Earned Value Management is introduced as an instrument of project controlling and its added value is presented on model case.
