Čína a Indie jsou aktuálně jedny z nejrychleji se rozvíjejících ekonomik světa. Díky více či méně zdařilým reformám za posledních 30 let v případě Číny a 15 let v případě Indie, ustanovené za účelem propojení se s okolním světem, neustále vzrůstá jejich světový význam. Záměrem práce je popis tohoto vývoje (na základě vybraných ukazatelů) a aktuálního stavu vybraných oblastí mezinárodního obchodu. V závěru práce následuje srovnání zjištěných faktů. China and India are currently one of the fastest growing economies in the world. Because of more or less successful reforms enacted 30 years ago in China and 15 years ago in India, both countries have become more open to the outside world and have managed to build a strong presence in the world markets. This paper aims to describe this development and the status quo of the selected areas of international trade, leading to a comparison of the gathered data.
