Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá konflikty, šikanou (mobbing, bossing, staffing), rasismem a sexuálním obtěžováním na pracovišti. V teoretické části jsou tyto jevy definovány a je zde rozebírána možná obrana proti nim. Praktická část se věnuje reakcím zaměstnanců na určité patologické chování, které se může na pracovištích vyskytovat. Srovnává reakce pracovníků, kteří jsou zaměstnáni ve školství s reakcemi pracovníků z jiných oborů. This bachelor thesis deals with conflict, bullying (mobbing, bossing, staffing), racism and sexual harassment in the workplace. In the theoretical part, these phenomena are defined and analyzed the possible defenses against them. The practical part deals with the reactions of employees to a pathological behavior that may occur in the workplace. Then compare the responses of workers who are employed in education with the responses of workers from other disciplines.
