Bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem vzdělávacího systému a způsobu rozdělování finančních prostředků na regionální úrovni. Úvodní část práce se věnuje popisu školství obecně, je zde popsána hlavně normativní metoda financování škol. Navazující část se již přímo zaměřuje na charakteristiku regionálního financování v městské části Praha 10 včetně demografické analýzy. Závěrečná část rozebírá čerpání a využití finančních prostředků mateřskou školou Omská v Praze 10 a hodnotí její dosavadní hospodaření se svěřenými prostředky. Práce by měla odhalit některé problémy regionálního financování a navrhnout možná zlepšení. This bachelor's thesis describes the system of education and ways of financial resouces' distribution at regional level. The introductory part deals with description of the education system in general; the main focus is particularly on the normative method of financing schools. The next part is directly concerned with the characteristics of regional financing arrangements, including demographic analysis, for the city district Prague 10. The final part explores the ways of claiming and using financial sources for the nursery school Omská in Prague 10 up to now. The thesis evaluates the school's management of the entrusted sources, tries to disclose certain problems of the regional financing system and suggest prospective solution.
