Cílem této bakalářské práce je určit rozdíly mezi jednotlivými sčítáními. Práce se zabývá historií a současností sčítání lidu. Věnuje se významu cenzu, možnostem využití dat a jejich publikaci. Část práce je zaměřena na zpracování projekce obyvatel na základě dat ze sčítání lidu, domů a bytů 2001 a charakterizuje některé další ukazatele. The aim of this thesis is to determine the differences between censuses. The workdeals with the history and present census. Discusses the importance of a census, datarecovery options and their publication. Part of this work is aimed at working populationprojections based on data from the Census and Housing 2001, and outlines some of theother indicators.
