Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice trestání za spáchané trestné činy. Stěžejním tématem je systém trestání a druhy trestů podle nového trestního zákoníku. Okrajově se práce zabývá trestným činem, pachatelem trestného činu a znaky skutkové podstaty trestného činu. This bachelor thesis deals with issues related to punishment of committed criminal offences. The main topic is the system of punishment and types of punishments according to a new criminal code. Marginally, the thesis is concerned with a criminal offence, a perpetrator for criminal act and characteristics of facts of the criminal offence.
