Tato práce popisuje přehled systémů důchodového zabezpečení a na základě vývoje demografické struktury obyvatelstva ČR analyzuje vývoj finančního zatížení průběžného důchodového systému (s přihlédnutím ke zvyšujícímu se důchodovému věku). Vytvořená analýza zobrazuje budoucí stav finančního zatížení důchodového systému podle platného zákona a stav systému při změně jednotlivých parametrů. Součástí této práce jsou také jednotlivé návrhy důchodové reformy. Závěrečným výstupem práce je zhodnocení celé provedené analýzy a návrh možných změn. This thesis provides an overview of the pension systems and, based on the development of the demographic structure of the Czech Republic's population, analyzes the development of the financial burden on the PAYG (pay as you go) pension system (with regard to the increasing retirement age). The resulting analysis depicts the future state of the financial burden on the pension system according to currently valid law and the state if certain parameters are changed. Included in the paper are several proposals for pension reform. The final output of the thesis is an evaluation of the analysis undertaken and a proposal of possible changes.
