Bakalářská práce "Účetní závěrka a uzávěrka v České republice" pojednává o procesu sestavení účetní závěrky podnikatelů. Vymezuje činnosti spojené s přípravnou fází účetní uzávěrky a na ní navazující uzavírání účetních knih. Dále definuje účetní závěrku a informuje o způsobu jejího ověřování a zveřejňování. V závěru poskytuje praktickou ukázku účetní závěrky reálné společnosti. The bachelor thesis "Closing of books and financial statements in the practice of the Czech Republic" deals with the process of preparing annual financial statements. It defines the activities associated with the preparatory phase of financial statements and gives information about the manner of their verification and publication. Finally it provides a practical demonstration of real financial statements.
