Cieľom práce je analýza podnikateľskej príležitosti v obore informačných technológii, webových a informačných služieb, na konkrétnom prípade začínajúceho podnikateľa - živnostníka. V teoretickej časti sú spracované zákony a predpisy, ktorým podlieha podnikanie na základe živnostenského oprávnenia. V druhej časti - praktickej, je analýza podnikateľského plánu. Skúma sa situácia na trhu, konkurencia, marketing a vytvára sa plánovaný finančný plán. V ňom sú spracované náklady a výnosy, príjmy a výdaje v budúcnosti. Na ich základe je stanovená výnosnosť celého projektu. V závere je zodpovedaná otázka, či je založenie živnosti a začatie podnikania výhodné, a kedy sa vložené investície vrátia vo forme ziskov. Cílem práce je analýza podnikatelské příležitosti v oboru informačních technologiích, webových a informačních služeb, na konkrétním případě začínajícího podnikatele - živnostníka. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány zákony a předpisy, kterým podléhá podnikání na základě živnostenského oprávnění. Ve druhé části - praktické, je analýza podnikatelského plánu. Zkoumá se situace na trhu, konkurence, marketing a vytváří se plánovaný finanční plán. V něm jsou zpracovány náklady a výnosy, příjmy a výdaje v budoucnosti. Na jejich základě je stanovena výnosnost celého projektu. V závěru je zodpovězena otázka, zda je založení živnosti a zahájení podnikání výhodné, a kdy se vložené investice vrátí ve formě zisků. The goal of this thesis is the analysis of business opportunities in the field of information technologies, web and information services in a particular case of beginning entrepreneur -- self-employed. The theoretical part deals with the legislation and regulations which are crucial for business based on the trade license. The second part, practical one, shows the analysis of a business plan. It contains the audit of market situation, competition, marketing and it proposes financial plan, where the future costs and revenues are processed as well as incomes and expenses. Returns of the project are based on them. The conclusion gives the answer to the question whether starting business is beneficial, and when the investments will pay off in terms of profits. whether starting business is beneficial, and when the investments will pay off in terms of profits.
