Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá finančním rámcem 2007 -- 2013 a financováním Společné zemědělské politiky. Cílem je podat ucelený pohled na tato témata. V první části se práce věnuje procesu schvalování finanční perspektivy a jejímu srovnání s předchozími. Na tuto část navazuje rozbor jednotlivých kapitol, kde jsou popisovány předpokládané výdaje a výše částek na ně vymezených. V závěru první části práce jsou stanoveny příjmy EU. Druhá část práce se zabývá zejména 2 fondy používanými v souvislosti s financováním SZP v tomto období. Nechybí ani popis hlavních nástrojů SZP a pravidla jejího finančního řízení. The financial framework 2007 -- 2013 and the financing of the Common Agricultural Policy. This document is focused on the approval system of the financial framework and to compare this framework with the previous ones. The expenditures a the receipts are described. The financing of the Common Agricultural Policy is connected with European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the EAGG.
