Bakalářská práce se zabývá režimem DPH u poštovních služeb v Evropské unii. Popisuje přístup Evropské unie k této problematice, jeho vývoj a popisuje současný režim DPH v oblasti poštovních služeb v České republice. V práci jsou definovány hlavní problémové oblasti, které současný režim DPH v poštovních službách přináší a jsou zde shrnuty hlavní možné přístupy ke zdanění poštovních služeb v budoucnu. This bachelor thesis deals with the VAT regime for postal services in the European Union. It describes the European Union's approach to this issue, its history and describes the current VAT regime in the postal services in the Czech Republic. The thesis defines the major problem areas of the current VAT regime in the postal service and there are summarized the main approaches to the taxation of postal services in the future.
