Tato bakalářská práce "Emise a ohodnocování fixně úročených dluhopisů v ČR" se zabývá dluhopisovým trhem v České republice. Nejprve jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy spojené s problematikou dluhopisů. Dále jsou podrobněji popsány právní předpisy upravující tuto oblast a hlavní změny legislativy, které se v minulých letech udály. Druhá část je zaměřena na proces realizace emise podnikových a státních dluhopisů. Třetí část je věnována ohodnocování fixně úročených dluhopisů a cenové citlivosti dluhopisů. Závěr práce se zabývá vývojem trhu dluhopisů. This thesis "Issue and evaluating fixed-rate bonds in the Czech Republic" deals with the bond market in the Czech Republic. It first explains the basic concepts associated with the issue of bonds. Further details are described in the legislation governing this area and major legislative changes that have occurred in recent years. The second part focuses on the process of implementation issues of corporate and government bonds. The third part is devoted to valuation of fixed interest bonds and bond price sensitivity. The conclusion deals with the development of bond market.
