Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením projektů. Problematika je vysvětlena v teoretické části, která obsahuje základní pojmy, organizační strukturu, zájmové subjekty, fáze životního cyklu projektu, postupy při řízení projektů, atd. Praktická část této bakalářské práce je zaměřena na plánování reálného projektu jedné severočeské sklářské firmy, konkrétně uvedením nového barevného skla na trh. V praktické části byl k řešení projektu použit program Microsoft Office Project 2007. Výstupy z programu jsou v závěru práce porovnány s původně zadanými podmínkami, zároveň součástí projektu je i Ganttův diagram, obsahující kritickou cestu, analýzu nákladů, analýzu zdrojů a analýzu rizik. V závěru práce je rozhodnutí o realizaci projektu. This Bachelor's paper deals with project management. The issue is explained in the theoretical part with contains the basic termns, organizational structure, interested organizations, project life cycle, project management prodcedures, etc. The practical part of this Bechalor's paper is focused on planning a real project of a glassmaking company in North Bohemia, namely launching new coloured glass into the market. Microsoft Office Project 2007 is used for the project planning. At the end of the paper, the program outputs are compared with the originally given terms. Part of the project is also the Gantt chart including the critical path and cost analyses, resource analyses and risk analyses. A decision on the project realization is made at the close of the Bachelor's paper.
