Abstrakt Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zdravotní péče v České republice . Ve většině ekonomicky vyspělých zemí se stává zdravotní péče součástí zdravotní politiky státu.Diplomová práce zohledňuje zdravotní reformní snahy posledních let v rámci ekonomické reality České republiky. Stát vystupuje v roli garanta,jehož úkolem je zdravotní péči regulovat,nastolit právní a ekonomická pravidla a tím zajistit dostupnost . Zaměření diplomové práce je analyticko deskriptivní. Úvodní kapitola popisuje zdravotní systémy,druhá se zaměřuje na právní rámec a následně třetí na demografický a zdravotní stav obyvatelstva. Těžiště práce je ve čtvrté kapitole, ta popisuje ekonomiku zdravotnictví,financování jednotlivých skupin,pátá lékovou politiku. Provázanost zdravotní péče související se s vstupem České republiky do EU, zásady a strategie jsou představeny v závěrečné kapitole. Thesis "A NEW CONCEPT OF HEALTH CARE IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC IN RELATION TO PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION "deals with health care in the Czech Republic. In the most economically developed countries health care is becoming a part of their health care policy. The diploma thesis reflects the health reform efforts in recent years of economic reality in the Czech Republic. The state acts as a guarantor, whose task is to regulate health care, establish legal and economic rules and thereby to ensure availability. Focus of the thesis is analytical and descriptive. The introductory chapter describes the health systems, the second focuses on the legal framework and then the third on the demographic and health status of the population. The focus of the work is in the fourth chapter, this chapter describes the economics of health policy, financing of individual groups, the fifth drug policy. Consistency of health care associated with the Czech Republic's accession to the EU, its principals and strategies are presented in the final chapter
