Cílem diplomové práce je popsat regulaci převodu a přechodu obchodního podílu ve společnosti s ručením omezeným v České republice. Zvláštní pozornost je přitom věnována souvisejícím soudním rozhodnutím, zejm. judikatuře Nejvyššího soudu České republiky. The Master's thesis aims to describe regulation of transfer and passage of a business share under Czech law. Special attention is hereby paid to the relevant case law, especially to judicial decisions of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic.
