Cílem práce je zjistit, jestli existují rozdíly ve vnímání kvality potravin mezi českým a německým spotřebitelem. V práci jsou detailně rozpracovány vybrané oblasti, které mohou ovlivnit vnímání kvality spotřebitelem v České republice a Německu. Teoretická část se týká zhodnocení a porovnání právního systému ochrany spotřebitele a značení potravin v obou zemích. Dále jsou v práci rozebrány jednotlivé vlivy, které mohou vnímání kvality i celkové spotřební chovní ovlivnit. Další část je věnována problematice kvality v médiích s konkrétním příkladem. Poslední část práce zhodnocuje výsledky výzkumné sondy, která byla provedena mezi českými a německými spotřebiteli a odkrývá, co může vnímání kvality v jednotlivých zemích nejvíce ovlivnit, jaké jsou rozdíly ve vnímání kvality potravin a jaké jsou patrné rozdíly v nákupním chování v oblasti potravin mezi českým a německým spotřebitelem. The aim of my diploma thesis is to find out if there are any differences in perception of quality of food between the consumers from Czech Republic and Germany. There are described the areas that may affect consumer's perception of quality of food in the Czech Republic and Germany. The theoretical part of my diploma thesis includes the evaluation and comparison of the legal system of consumer protection and food labeling in both countries. Furthermore, there are described various influences that can affect the perception of quality and consumer behavior. Another section is devoted to the issue of quality in the media with a concrete example. The last part of the diploma thesis concerns the results of the research which was carried out between consumers from the Czech Republic and Germany.
