Aim of this thesis is to determine intrinsic value of shares of developer Orco Prague, a.s. and valuation of this company as of 31.12.2010, based on public information available. Results should help owners and management to decide about the future of the company that is hardly dealing with impacts of worldwide financial crisis. The key for final recommendation will be comparison of results of revenue and liquidation methods. Theoretical part of thesis describes procedures and methodology of valuation, practical part is devoted to introduction of the company, strategic and financial analysis, financial plan and the final valuation of the firm. Cílem je stanovit vnitřní hodnotu akcie developerské společnosti Orco Prague, a.s. a ocenění firmy ke dni 31.12.2010 na základě veřejně dostupných informací. Výsledky by měly napomoci majitelům a managementu podniku v rozhodování o dalším osudu společnosti, která se prozatím jen velmi těžko vyrovnává s dopady celosvětové finanční krize. Klíčová z hlediska závěrečného doporučení bude konfrontace výsledků metod likvidační a výnosové. Teoretická část práce popisuje postupy a metodiku oceňování, praktická část je věnována představení podniku, analýzám strategické a finanční, posléze z nich vycházejícímu finančnímu plánu a nakonec samotnému ocenění firmy.
