Předmětem bakalářské práce je na základě porovnání dvou pojistných modelů, zjistit, zda je uzavření pojištění přes distribuční síť banky levnější než uzavření pojištění přes pojišťovacího agenta. V první části jsou uvedeny modely spolupráce mezi bankami a pojišťovnami, motivy a problémy integrace. Následuje charakteristika životního pojištění na trhu v České republice a charakteristika investičního životního pojištění. V další části je analýza rozdělená na kvalitativní a kvantitavní část. V kvalitativní části jsou sledovány vybrané parametry produktů. V kvantitativní části jsou rozebrány modelové průběhy pojištění, poplatky v sazebnících, dále je posouzena nákladovost produktů na základě ukazatele PER a TANK. Docházím k závěru, že trh s investičním životním pojištěním v České republice se bude i nadále vyvíjet rychlým tempem. Na základě posouzení všech parametrů vyšel bankopojistný model investičního životního pojištění pro klienta výhodnější. Další vývoj lze očekávat, jak u bankopojišťoven, směrem k allfinance, tak i u pojišťoven, a to tím, že se budou specializovat na sofistikovanější klienty. The subject of this bachelor work is to find out whether insurance taken out through distribution network of the bank is cheaper than insurance realized by the insurance agent. This is demonstrated by comparing two insurance models. In the firs part ther are stated models of cooperation between banks and insurance companies, motives and problems of integration. Coming next is characteristic of life insurance on the market in the Czech Republic nad characteristic of investemn life insurance. In the next part the analysis is divided into a qualitative and quantitative part. In the qualitative part are studied certain parameters of products. In the quantitative part are analyzed model courses of insurance, fees in the tables of charges and expensiveness of products on the basis of the PER- and TANK- Index is reviewed. I have come to the conclusion that the market with the investment life insurance in the Czech Republic will develop at a fast pace in the future. On the basis of the evaluation of all the parameters the bank model of the insurance of the investment life insurance has come out for the customer more advantageous. Further development can be expected both in bank-insurance companies towards allfinances and insurance companies because they will be specialized in more sophisticated clients.
