Bachelor Thesis deals with one of the biggest phenomenom of latest times in IT world -- cloud computing. Cloud computing is still "buzzword" and thus first part of Bachelor Thesis defines fundamentals, classification and characteristics of this revolutionary solution. Second part is analytical and it covers the biggest issues that come with adoption of cloud services such as security, compliance, IT organization and many others. Results of comprehensive analysis are used in third part which is the most important. It lists key success factors for adoption of cloud services which is also an objective of Thesis. They are defined as set of recommendations with brief description. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá jedným z najväčších fenoménov poslednej doby vo svete informatiky -- cloud computingom. Pretože tento pojem stále patrí medzi "buzzwords" a nie je štandardizovane definovaný, prvá časť práce vysvetľuje a určuje základné pojmy, rozdelenie, klasifikáciu a opisuje charakteristiky tohto revolučného riešenia. Základným kameňom pre naplnenie cieľa bakalárskej práce je druhá časť, ktorá sa zaoberá detailnou analýzou problémov, ktoré sa môžu vyskytnúť pri zavádzaní cloudových služieb do podniku. Jedná sa predovšetkým o problematiku bezpečnosti, legislatívy, ekonomickej výhodnosti, dopadov na IT organizáciu a ďalších. Z tejto komplexnej analýzy vyplýva cieľ práce, ktorým je stanovenie kľúčových faktorov úspechu pre nasadenie cloud computingu do podniku. Tie sú popísané formou odporúčaní v poslednej kapitole.
