Cílem mé práce je analyzovat úroveň IT podpory základních metod plánování materiálových požadavků (MRP a KANBAN) v podniku orientovaném na zakázkovou výrobu. Analýza bude provedena v podniku Letov letecká výroba s.r.o.. Podnik se zaměřuje na strojní výrobu a montáž. První krok mé práce bude nastudování a charakteristika metod plánování materiálových požadavků a následně jejich vztah k systémům pro plánování výroby. Na základě teoretických znalostí budu schopen zkoumat podporu plánování materiálových požadavků u ASW SAP. Budu postupovat podle průběhu základních metod pro plánování materiálových požadavků a pomocí udělaných a popsaných screenů přímo ze SAPu ukážu podporu jednotlivých metod u ASW SAP a pokusím se zhodnotit úroveň podpory a nalézt nedostatky. Práce by měla čtenářovi přiblížit základní metody plánování materiálových požadavků a jejich vztah k systémům pro plánování výroby. Dále by práce měla seznámit čtenáře s průběhem plánování výroby v podniku orientovaném na zakázkovou výrobu. Při analýze samotné podpory plánování materiálových požadavků pomocí ASW SAP se čtenář seznámí s funkcemi tohoto softwaru, které se týkají metod plánování materiálových požadavků. Purpose of my work is to analyze level of IT support basic methods material requirements planning (MRP and KANBAN) in the company which is oriented in make to order manufacturing. Analysis will be performed in the company Letov letecká výroba s.r.o which is oriented in make to order manufacturing. Company focuses on mechanical production and assembly. First step of my work will be preparation and characterization material requirements planning methods and then their relationship to the system for production planning. On the basis of theoretical knowledge will be able to examine the support of material requirements planning in SAP ASW. I will follow basic methods of material requirements planning and with help of screens made by using SAP I will be able to show support of material requirements planning and find shortcomings. This work should bring the reader knowledge of basic methods for material requirements planning and their relationship to system for production planning. Further the work should acquaint the reader with the planning of production in the company which is oriented in make to order manufacturing. Reader will be acquainted with the ASW SAP, when the analysis of material requirements planning will be done.
