Tato práce se zabývá vývojem právní úpravy regulace reklamy tabákových výrobků a jejím současným stavem, spornými případy ve věci tabákové reklamy, úpravami v EU a srovnává je se stavem v USA. Zabývám se srovnáním efektivit a snažím se nalézt pozitivní a negativní stránky jednotlivých úprav. V další části sleduji vývoj právní úpravy regulace kouření v ČR a jiných vybraných státech. Na závěr zhodnocuji efektivitu a výsledné důsledky všech těchto regulací. This work deals with the development of legislation to regulate advertising of tobacco products and its current form, cases in tobacco advertising, legal form in the EU, and compares them with the situation in the U.S.. I deal with a comparison of their efficiencies and I try to find positive and negative aspects of enactments. In the second part follows the development of legislation of smoking regulations in the Czech republic and some other countries. At the end I valorize the efficiency and the consequences of these regulations.
