Tématem této bakalářské práce je evropský zatýkací rozkaz, jenž nahradil tradiční vydávací řízení kritizované za přílišnou formálnost a pomalost. Proto bylo do nového nástroje zapracováno mnoho změn, jež měly přispět k urychlení a zefektivnění předávání osob. Právě těmito změnami se předkládaná práce zabývá. Jejím cílem je posouzení přínosů zavedení a používání evropského zatýkacího rozkazu v praxi, a to nejprve v teoretické rovině a následně na příkladu tzv. kauzy katarského prince. Úvodní část práce je zaměřena na vymezení obsahu rámcového rozhodnutí, druhá kapitola poté popisuje jeho praktickou aplikaci v ČR. Obsahem třetí kapitoly jsou aspekty praktické aplikace eurozatykače v podobě statistik a analýzy zmíněných změn. Závěrečná část převádí teoretické poznatky do praxe, a to na základě zkoumání kauzy katarského prince. The bachelor thesis deals with the european arrast warrant which has replaced traditional extradiction process ciritcized for being too formal and too slow. Therefore, many changes have been included in the new instrument which should help to make the warrant faster and more effective. It is these changes that is the main focus of the work. Its aim is to assess the contribution of introduction and application of the european arrast warrant. The assessment will be carried out first theoretically and then on the example of the so called Qatari prince case. The first part of the text specifies the content of the framework decision, the second chapter then describes its practical application in the Czech republic. The following chapter is concerned with the aspects of practical application of the warrant in the form of statistics and the analysis of the mentioned changes. The last part applies the theoratical findings to the case of Qatari prince.
